In this Registration Agreement, "we", us" and "our" refers to the PANDA project
consortium. “Service” refers to the service the PANDA project consortium
provide for registered members on europanda.net. “Website” refers to
europanda.net.
By completing this registration you agree that you, your agents, representatives
and employees will be bound by these conditions. This will create an agreement
between you and the PANDA project consortium.
Membership of this network is intended only for active practitioners in the
field of aquatic animal health. By completing this registration form you agree
that your details will be readily available to other registered members of the
network, aside from your email address which will remain private. Your details
will remain hidden from unregistered visitors to the website and will not be
supplied to third parties without prior consent. We reserve the right to
reject, suspend and / or terminate membership at any time.
THE PANDA PROJECT CONSORTIUM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ANY
LOSS OF BUSINESS, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, LOSS OF USE OR DATA OR FOR ANY INDIRECT,
SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM ANY ASPECT
OF OUR SERVICE INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR
SERVICE OR THE ACCEPTANCE, REJECTION OR REMOVAL OF MEMBERSHIP FROM THE WEBSITE,
EVEN IF THE PANDA PROJECT CONSORTIUM IS AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES.
